Also known as a “tomahawk”, bone-in ribeye or “cowboy” steak, rib steaks are widely considered a more flavorful cut than many other steaks, such as the fillet. Our rib steaks have generous marbeling that makes this cut suitable for slow roasting or grilling. There is one 16 oz steak per package.
